Matthew Burgy is a multidisciplinary artist specializing in sculpture and painting, with years of experience organizing and leading art workshops. An active member of the local artist community, Matthew’s work explores movement, form, and expression through kinetic sculptures, jewelry, and paintings. Matthew continuously collaborates with organizations such as Culture Works to engage the community through his artistic process.

Peaceful Paintings: A Neurographic Watercolor Experience
Experience the transformative power of neurographic drawing—an art form designed to
help guide you into a relaxed state of being!Led by Matthew Burgy, local artist at Front Street with many years of prior teaching experience as both a former museum educator at the Dayton Art Institute and as a former adjunct professor at the University of Dayton, this calming process will be given an extra special splash of color with watercolors, oil pastels and more!

welcome! Cast your cares away and engage in an expressive journey where creativity is
nurtured and experimentation is encouraged!
